All Magic Garden School & Early Learning Center teachers and caregivers not only meet the state requirements but exceed them. Most of our staff have received an associates or bachelors degree and have experience in early education settings. Each staff member is encouraged to use their unique teaching style to observe children as they “play their way through learning”. Our staff is charged with keeping portfolios for each child. These portfolios will move with your child as they transition from room to room. Our staff also collaborates and plans your child’s curriculum in teams. This ensures that each classroom continues to build on the prior content & skills learned. Our staff also receives continuous training in Early Childhood Education promoting best practices and developmentally appropriate practices.
