Dedicated Staff

Our teachers and caregivers not only meet state requirements but exceed them. Most hold associate or bachelor’s degrees and bring valuable experience in early education settings. We encourage our staff to employ unique teaching styles, observing children as they “play their way through learning.” Each child has a portfolio that transitions with them from room to room. Our teams collaborate to plan a curriculum that builds on previously learned content and skills. Continuous training in Early Childhood Education ensures that our staff remains at the forefront of best practices.
